Research
Eva Sediva is investigating resistive random access memories to replace existing non-voltaile computer memories. This includes thin film processing, characterisation of various oxide materials with a focus on Raman spectroscopy and electrochemical measurements. Specifically she is investigating different thin-film device asymmetries, the kinetics of pulsing response and in-situ Raman spectroscopy mapping of oxide solid solutions.
